Our Restaurant

Delmonico Steakhouse Restaurant was created from the desire to create healthy cuisine based solely on natural and organic products. Our mission is the satisfaction and happiness of our guests by serving steaks with exceptional taste from beef from our own organic farm. All dishes in our menu are a combination of specially selected and aged beef and accompaniments that change with the seasons.

Chef Artur Musiał

Artur Musiał has been cooking for years – he has talent, experience and education. He can prepare beef cutting, also on site in the restaurant at guests' request. He is an expert in steaks and beef, holds an elite US BEEF ACADEMY certificate issued by Tender Meat.
